Master Bedroom Update

      Finally!!!!! We have an update on the Master Bedroom. This has been the room we have been working on the hardest. It still has a long way to go but I just wanted to update everyone on what we have done thus far.  :)


     Let me remind you of the before. There were high gloss hardwood floors with yellowish green walls, green valances, and stained wood trim.

       We painted the walls Shadow by Benjamin Moore. It's a deep blackish-plum color and we absolutely love it! We wanted a bedroom that was dark and cozy but chic. The trim was painted Wedding Veil by Benjamin Moore. The two end tables are rast dressers from Ikea. We plan on refinishing those to make them more stylish. The lamps from Marshalls are hard to see but they have a plum sheer shade and a wooden base. Both the bedding and the bed are not staying and will be replaced in time. We plan on making a new upholstered bed and getting all new bedding. The curtains, the rods, and the dressers are all from Ikea. Pin It Now!
